Cinema Crazed prides itself in offering support to independent filmmakers who
seek publicity, and exposure. We have a true, deep appreciation, admiration, and
passion for independent cinema,
and independent filmmakers, and offer as
best of help as we can. We've offered an outlet for aspiring filmmakers for more
than five years through interviews and in-depth reviews, and have contributed to
publicity for the Roger Ebert praised action short "Broken" and the hit online
comedy short "Zombies in my Neighborhood" now being created as a feature film. Previous submissions include films like
the acclaimed "13 Seconds", and "Arc"; original music like The Necromasters, and
such studio released music like "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre", "House of 1,000
Corpses", and "Underworld" soundtrack; we've also consulted for early cuts of
the "Mean Girls" soundtrack a year before its initial release.
We accept for review:
Short and Feature length Films
Fiction and non-fiction Books
Music and Movie soundtracks
Music Videos
We accept:
DVD, VHS, Online, every region from all over the world, PAL, DVD-R, CD-R, etc.
Special Note:
If you're about to do a festival run, and need
the screener reviewed by a certain deadline for publicity purposes
or press kits, please be sure to notify us of
that, and we will put your film on the top priority list. Be sure
to make the date perfectly clear to us.
Quotes from our review, and our logo are allowed for use on press kits, or
websites, but we ask that you link the review back to us and that you do not
direct link our logo.
Quid Pro Quo:
Help us help you.
We wouldn't be here if not for kind filmmakers spreading the word about us.
So, if you would please, do the same. We take time out for free and review
your work and offer our services as best we can, and we
hope that you help us as well and spread the word about Cinema
Crazed to other studios to further help us increase our clout and
help to continue to service independent
filmmakers.

CONTRIBUTING WRITING:
We are currently accepting submissions for volunteer writers. If you'd like to
contribute, or know someone who'd like to contribute, send a few samples, a
resume (if available), and we'll talk. We are mostly looking columnists with
ideas for a weekly or monthly column, but also accept willing reviewers.
For
compensation, we're currently offering up free screeners, and a juicy resume
credit.
Interviews:
If you want to be interviewed by us, and want to request that we interview you,
we have a few requirements.
1. You have to be interesting. Sounds rude, but we don't always interview folks
based on the fact that not everyone is interesting. If you have something you
think is interesting enough to warrant an interview, let us know.
2. Don't tell us what to ask you, and what not to ask.
Otherwise, we
accept requests to interview someone, and we accept requests to be interviewed.
