BIKINI BLOODBATH

It's a bonafide party movie worthy of drinks, chips, and laughs, and director Thomas Seymour and Gorman conceives a worthy cult horror comedy destined for midnight movie showings. Seymour and Gorman are never under the conceit that audiences want a genuine story behind the events, thus any hopes for narrative is a fool's wish. Who is the killer chef? Why is he targeting women only? What does he have to gain? Who cares? "Bikini Bloodbath" is a hilarious romp with a slew of goofy gags I simply couldn't help but laugh at; take the perverted neighbor Mr. Robinson watching the seven girls preparing for their slumber party bash while gazing in sheer delight and balling his hands in the shape of breasts, or one of the survivors stopping in a restaurant to eat while the carnage ensues back at the house. Seymour and Gorman have a knack for comedy with hilarious one-liners, and are never afraid to get ridiculously raunchy with hinting at lesbian chemistry, but those entendres and innuendos are nothing compared to the the male bash happening miles away. “Bikini Bloodbath” is pure filth, goofy shlock, and that’s what I love about it. And, there’s also the big tits. Those are fun.
