Nikkatsu, a film production company founded in 1912 is a company that managed to fund some of the higher budgeted projects of the twentieth century taking part in television, film, and other forms of media including pornography. "The Nikkatsu Roman Porno Trailer Collection" is that gathering of the company's biggest and most unusual pornography titles that offered up profound and original pornography that dabbled in practices that the culture of the time barely spoke of in public. And he's never above celebrating his victory with the victims. Nikkatsu certainly had a vast library of porno titles that gave their audience a little bit of everything. Some titles dabble in the artistic, some dabble in the surreal, some deal with wicked violent love triangles, and some are simply journeys of sexual exploration with quiet young girls longing to be pleasured by dominant men. More than one thousand movies were released under the Nikkatsu banner and this is a ninety minute introduction to the gallery of films soon to be released by Impulse Pictures that will be sure to entertain the discerning porn or film buff when put in stores for collectors.

More a hint of things to come from Impulse Pictures than an actual DVD feature, The "Nikkatsu Roman Porno Trailer Collection" will surely find its audience with the niche movie buyers who love to fill their shelves with compilations of classic movie trailers. It's a great refresher course for anyone not familiar with Nikkatsu's Roman Porno series and a nice preview of a slew of impending releases from Impulse.
