There's very little extrapolation, almost no characterization, there's no explanation as to who or what we're watching, all we know is for two minutes we're sucked in to a scenario that's about as bone rattling as it can manage to be and for that it deserves an A for effort. "Led" is a damn good horror film that tells of two young film students who are planning to make a horror movie and exploit their sexy actress Anna.

They take her to an abandoned warehouse for shots of her horrified and soon enough, the shit hits the fan. As I mentioned there's not much of anything here but damned if the whole two minute production isn't something worth your time. It's intent is to be ambiguous and it takes the limited time to make good of the actors and the setting.

Whatever it is that manages to off the characters in the film actually works as a monster that we can't see and probably never will see. The twist in the climax works as the ultimate pay off where director Spooner leaves us wondering and guessing as to who the prey and the predator actually was. Hey it may not be the most complex of horror shorts but its simple formula and use of old fashioned camera tricks and treats makes "Led" a movie definitely worth looking for if you're ever trolling around the internets.

Well done to director Kyle Spooner who takes his short time and quick pace and produces something that's worth watching with visuals that are definitely effective. I enjoyed it.
