\"\"<\/a>We don\u2019t often think about every character standing outside of the big stories in major fantasy or science fiction, because we assume it\u2019s just not interesting. Director Thomas R. Wood delivers a short but very unique tale of two working joes that are spending their days just doing their job. They are in the middle of the desert and unbeknownst to them there is a massive war taking place around them.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The idea of when and how the war will affect them is anyone\u2019s guess, but it\u2019s an interesting concept to see how people standing on the outside can look in to the grander narratives and events. Director Thomas R. Wood is very good about depicting the more minimal elements of the \u201cStar Wars\u201d universe, setting down on a very fantasy based terrain, accompanied by a great shot of a star destroyer sliding in to frame during a skirmish involving Tie Fighters and rebel ships.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re not sure what side these characters are on, and for all we know they probably don\u2019t even have a side. We just know that eventually the war might come knocking at their doors, and they might just have to pick a side. Or even worse, be a part of the many victims of this rift in the galaxy. It\u2019s a bit touching in its simplicity and a nice look at an often overlooked corner of \u201cStar Wars.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
