I’m Sarah French, an actress based out of Studio City, CA. I grew up in the Midwest. I spent a portion of my childhood growing up on a farm. I think that’s where my love for entertaining came from. We didn’t have computers, cell phones or cable TV. We had to be creative to entertain ourselves. I loved putting on plays for friends and family. As a teenager I found friends that were into what I was into and we all made short horror films together. I went to school for criminal justice but couldn’t escape my love of film, so I chose to focus on that. I’m a huge horror fan and love metal music. I enjoy hiking and being out in nature.

Hi! I’m Paula Lindberg, a Los Angeles-based, Vancouver-bred actor that horror fans might recognize as Ruby Realgirl from American Mary. I’ve also appeared in a variety of film/tv stuff like Fringe, Supernatural, Eureka and more recently in leading roles in The Tale of Two Coreys and The Fiddling Horse. I’ve also contributed to Women in Horror Month by producing and starring in the short film Blood Bus.

Oh, hello Cinema Crazed! My name is Julie Bruns, and I am an actor, director and writer. I’ve been keeping busy with the festival run of my short The Purgamentum, which is an eco-horror short set in the Pacific Northwest. Amy, a marine biologist, starts to hear strange whisperings through the underwater microphones of her remote research station, and calls in Stan, a diver, to investigate what is happening beneath the surface. It’s a dark little tale of retali-ocean.

Hi! My name is Hannah May Cumming, I’m a horror director and co-founder of the feminist horror collective, Monstrous Femme Films. I directed, produced, and co-wrote the neo-giallo short Fanatico, now streaming on ALTER, and I wrote, co-directed and co-produced the summer camp creature featurette, Camp Calypso. My work is very femme-centric, retro inspired and campy.

My name is Reyna “Chainsaw Queen” Velarde and I started performing at age 4 in a musical production of Pinocchio as a ballerina. In ballet class, I always wanted to play the evil characters which started while playing “angels vs. devils”. Of course, I wanted to be the devil!
