If you ever wondered what Regan Era Republican porn would look like, “Wanda Whips Wall Street” is about as close to the vision as it gets. It’s “Working Girl” meets “Wall Street” except its star Veronica Hart uses her brains and bones a lot of executives to rise to the top of a new company she’s working in and potentially own it. Star Veronica Hart is the perfect Right wing seductress, a business woman who is smart and clever, but also garners a voracious appetite for sex.
One minute she’s donning shoulder padded dress suits, the next she’s giving oral to a CEO in a broom closet. When her old company Wanco just proves to be small potatoes for the fledgling business mogul, she takes a job in a new larger company, and convinces the executive to give her a job after a very quick roll in the office couch. Wanda isn’t just happy with a top ranking role in the company though. She wants to own it all for herself, and does whatever it takes to ensure she can claim the business. Hart for the most part is very sexy and takes charge of the film with her charisma and ability to be both comical and absolutely erotic. Though the film belongs to Hart, there are other female performers that really shine as well including Trish Ambrose who has an unusual sex appeal.
There’s also one beautifully filmed sequence where two executives (one of whom are Ron Jeremy) engage in sex with buxom partners on a yacht traveling along the New York Harbor. The 2k scan for the film gives “Wanda Whips Wall Street” vibrancy on screen that undercuts the smutty sexual content. Truth be told you could take out the hardcore sex and have a serviceable short comedy about a sexy woman taking over Wall Street. The DVD DistribPix features interviews with stars Veronica Hart and Larry Revene, there’s a featurette explaining the restoration process from the original print for the film, a Slideshow and Ephemera Gallery, and a raucous Feature Length audio commentary with a few of the players for the film.
