I mean it when I say that “Batman XXX: A Porn Parody” is without a doubt one of the best pornos I’ve ever seen. And it’s also the best porn parody to date. The Adam West Batman show was always a series mired in strong overtones of sexuality. Even when appealing to children primarily, the show had a strong sexual element due to its creation which set it down in the free spirit, free loving decade of the sixties where sexual experimentation ran rampant, and the go go era bred a new awakening, experimentation and dabbling in areas of our sexuality we once deemed taboo. There was very little separation from “Batman” with “Beyond the Valley of the Dolls” aside from the rampant drug use and boozing. Tonally, they were so incredibly similar with kinetic energy and dizzying color schemes.
With actresses like Yvonne Craig as the bouncy and insanely sexy Batgirl, to women like Eartha Kitt, Julie Newmar, and Lee Meriwether playing the salacious Catwoman. There was also the occasional glimpses at gogo dancers along with Bruce and Dick, one seemed in the middle of his sexual prime, and the other on the cusp of sexual discovery. Adam West’s “Batman” was a no brainer when it came to being tailored for the pornographic medium. The Adam West series, even when syndicated before primetime for kids like me in the mid to late eighties, introduced its audience to an element of puberty they didn’t quite realize. That is until they see Julie Newmar spread along a bed in her tight black leather and small mask. The show had a way of incorporating sex without initiating it.
Catwoman always seemed sultry and inviting even when threatening the Batman, and this “XXX Parody” hits the audience right where their nostalgia tickles them at night. This is a porn parody that actually tries to please its nostalgic audience, aims for as much novelty as possible, and goes whole hog with dynamic sixties set pieces, performers who take on the guise of the original actors, and costumes that are just insanely faithful to the original series. There is also the genius casting of Tori Black as Catwoman and the supremely sexy Lexi Belle as Batgirl who serves up the juiciest segment of the bunch. God that overbite is hot. “Batman XXX: A Porn Parody” is very much like the television show right down to Bruce and Dick (as played by Dale DaBone and James Deen with dead pan delivery) playing chess in their mansion, that gives way to the hilarity. Bruce of course has a hot girlfriend named Lisa (the yummy Kimberly Kane) whose rich father is throwing a party for Gotham, and she is kidnapped by the Riddler (the hysterical Evan Stone) at Bruce’s home.
Of course this whole kidnapping scheme is being headed up by the Joker (Randy Spears being about as funny as ever), who is using Lisa for ransom. Lisa of course passes the time in her cell by boning the Riddler who drills her without question. See what I did there? Of course Batman and Robin are on the trail of Lisa occasionally scaling walls vertically and crashing in to Ron Jeremy. Of course he makes a cameo! You just have to respect and appreciate the efforts by Axel Braun and his crew who collectively pay homage to the show while also delivering the goods in the way of great sex scenes and fantastic facials. Dale DaBone really embodies Adam West’s mannerisms and stilted dialogue, while Deen absolutely lets loose on the hyperbolic metaphors. Braun lights the porno with the psychadelic colors and takes every chance to stage scenes from the show including the Batusi that ends in a poisoning and a disabled Batman being ravaged by a hot gogo dancer who gets bat drilled by his bat boner.
Alexis Texas is ridiculous in her sultry ability to dismember Batman’s member and entice him in to drilling her in to next Tuesday. Lexi Belle is the epitome of the perfect casting move, since she not only fills out her Batgirl costume without fail, but looks incredible doing her thing on-screen and I just couldn’t help but have a blast at what unfolded with Spears doing a wonderful Joker, Dick and Barb finally giving in to their sexual urges, and Batman and Robin giving Catwoman a DP sandwich. Holy pop shot, Batman! Tori Black is sexy as Catwoman, I look forward to seeing if she can make it as a legitimate actress in her upcoming movie. As for “Batman XXX: A Porn Parody” it’s pretty much the ideal porn parody with a format that proves you can be a great porno while also entertaining the audience with the satire of a famous geek property. I hope there’s a sequel if only to see Lexi Belle as Batgirl again.
