Hi! My name is Hannah May Cumming, I’m a horror director and co-founder of the feminist horror collective, Monstrous Femme Films. I directed, produced, and co-wrote the neo-giallo short Fanatico, now streaming on ALTER, and I wrote, co-directed and co-produced the summer camp creature featurette, Camp Calypso. My work is very femme-centric, retro inspired and campy.

My name is Reyna “Chainsaw Queen” Velarde and I started performing at age 4 in a musical production of Pinocchio as a ballerina. In ballet class, I always wanted to play the evil characters which started while playing “angels vs. devils”. Of course, I wanted to be the devil!

Well, I’m a writer, 44 years young, with a wicked imagination and a lot of time on her hands. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a Concentration in Creative Writing from Cardinal Stritch University. I work from home on my writing and my art. I’m also a photographer, a mixed media artist, a guerilla chalk artist, a watercolorist, and a rock painter. I also am a submissions reader for JournalStone, Trepidatio Publishing, and Nightscape Press.

After the travesty that was the 1998 Roland Emmerich reboot of “Godzilla,” the king of the monsters went in to hiding from the states for a long time. It was until Legendary came along to hop on the expanded universe band wagon to finally give Gojira and his merry band of monsters and allies a chance to win a new generation of fans. Despite some bumps and tumbles, Gareth Edwards’ “Godzilla” is a giant step up from the 1998 embarrassment and still manages to travel well, with or without the impending “Godzilla vs. Kong.”

Hi there, my name is Kerry Wieder, (spelled “i” before “e”, and pronounced “Weeder”), and I am an actress, director, and writer. I am a passionate storyteller, who also loves taking pictures of plants, gardening, and playing the ukulele and singing. I am also a blood platelet and plasma donor. Okay, wait a minute, this is starting to sound like a dating app profile, so let’s get to my credits.
Adverse (2021)
Director-Writer Brian Metcalf brings with him a strong crime drama that he hands over to a wonderfully seasoned cast of character actors. While a movie like “Adverse” could have stumbled right out of the gate, it manages to only improve by the time the movie has closed and ends as a sharp crime thriller. It’s a bold mix of “Taxi Driver,” and “Drive,” with a nigh unrecognizable Thomas Ian Nicholas staring.

The day The Smiths separate, a group of teens find themselves lost, more than usual, in this mystery called life. In a misguided attempt at showing the world what he believes in and what has saved him, one of them takes a heavy metal station DJ hostage.
